Two weeks after having received notification that money would be returned to my account I'm still waiting. E-mails are not answered and after having made a phone call the answer was that "a ticket" would be opened, but I would not be able to get a receipt of said action. Never again - never!
Torn fabric and didn't refund the money. We sent back part of the order and they didn't refund the full money - asking for return proof; however, we don't have proof at item level as we just stuck the label they provided. Bad experience. Do not recommend!

DONT TRUST THEIR OFFERS!
I was promised 25% discount in writing before ordering and that turned out to be a lie. Don’t trust their sales and customer service.
I have complained and tried all other sources and unfortunately have to give a review on trustpilot. My order number A0024094008 you can look into your system the entire history.
I have an email where the discount was confirmed by your customer service. The order was placed after confirmation.
“you just called us concerning the offer DEAL25.
we had a look again on the text of the special offer and discovered that we didn't notice a small word. The text says exactly:
"3 or more articles marked with the special flag "-25%DEAL". So, only marked articles are concerned.
We apologize for not having noticed that before.
Of course, you are free to cancel your order by calling our customer service, from now on in half an hour until 2 or 3 hours time.
We are very sorry for this mistake.”

By then the order was placed right after the call where they confirmed and this email is a proof to have provided wrong information. thereafter, it was not possible to cancel. I called several times and nothing helped.
Your customer service people are untrained and not informed enough so we customers have to suffer.
Excellent, straight forward service. Good products, well made and long lasting. Although they took a little longer than usual to give me refund, they sent an email to apologise in the meantime.
My vife got a nightgown as Christmas present from our daughter. She bought it on the 10 of November and gave it on the 24 of December. It was two sizes to small. We contacted Triumph when they were back after the holidays. We just wanted to change it to the right size. We vere told that they would not change the nightgown do to the date of purchase, but considering that it was a Christmas gift it is a very very bad customers service.
But they offered us that we could bye a new one!!!
Never again will we do buisnes with this company.

I received the order confirmation shortly after I placed the order, but after that nothing happened and according to the order confirmation the parcel should arrive on the 15th or 16th December, but it never arrived and after I had written to customer service and also spoken to customer service they could not find my order and I had to go to the Triumph shop on Strøget to buy the Christmas present, where I received great service.
I must say that I had expected, that a company like Triumph had better track of there ordering process and I will not recommend others to use the web shop.
Very poor user interface on webshop and incredibly long response times from customer service. Furthermore, customer service was unwilling to help me fix my problem.
I have ordered from Triumph UK several times in the last few years, and generally had good experiences when I haven't needed to return an item, BUT I have had 2 experiences in the last 2 years where I have needed to return an item and get an exchange, and the customer service is very bad. I don't know what has changed recently in the company. One item was to get an exchange for Sloggi evernew in Feb 2019, which came with a lifelong product guarantee when I bought it, but a couple of years later the return form for this guarantee was nowhere to be found online: it took 11 emails (I saved them all as I couldn't believe how poor the service was) and 2 overseas phone calls before the issue was resolved, there was no apology given for the trouble caused to me, the system seems to be set up to frustrate the customer.
The more recent order last month was for Sloggi 24/7 underwear and bra: both are in a scratchy cotton that does not stretch like their Sloggi Basic range, and are quite uncomfortable. I asked how I could leave a review on the Triumph website (I had read good reviews on the site for my items and wished to give a useful accurate review). After 3 emails asking how to leave a review, I was told that there is no system for customers to leave a review! Who has left the positive reviews on their site if not the customers?
I would advise if you wish to buy their products to not do so through the website, but to support a local store selling them, so you can determine if the quality is good enough, and you will not waste a HUGE amount of time with really appalling customer service.
